The Hopcott family have been raising beef since 1957 and their farm not only has an on-site butcher shop, but also a market and bistro. To celebrate their beef and the beginning of BBQ season, they shared with us this juicy Caprese Burger recipe. This combination of classic Caprese salad meets crave-worthy burger is one you’re going to want to eat all summer long.
