Over the last year, Sammi Morelli has been using this global ‘pause’ to focus on raising her baby daughter, releasing a few notable EDM Collaborations (which have collectively surpassed 1M streams and counting across platforms), writing dynamic & memorable songs through song camps & co-writes with other artists, as well as diving into production on an exciting new genre-bending singles releases, which she feels is her best, most personal work yet. Past career highlights include winning Female Vocalist of the year at the Niagara Music Awards 2015, Co-headlining crossCAN tour of 25 dates from MTL to VAN, being selected to participate in the 2018 SOCAN songhouse at Breakout West, Finalist in the 2020 Canadian Songwriting Challenge-The song from which (Quarantine BB with Biawanna & INJA) was chosen by Blundsones to feature in their 2021 Brand playlist!

Commercial Drive always has a special place in my heart… it’s vibrant, diverse, rich with culture, teeming with incredible food & drink & experiences.. the only thing it truly needs is a great venue.
Favourite park in your city:
It’s a little drive from Vancouver, but I absolutely ADORE Centennial beach in Tsawwassen cause it’s a shallow bay that gets so warm in the sunshine for swimming/floating, gorgeous view of the entire bay that looks out towards Mount Baker, which stands towering over everything on a clear day. Plus my kid is OBSESSED with that playground hah.
