Sweet Chili Konnyaku Udon
Ingredients:
- 1 package Konnyaku Udon
- 1 Tbsp Naked Naturals Sweet Thai Chili
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, roasted
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, fresh
- ¼ cup textured vegetable protein or ground meat alternative
- A pinch salt
Directions:
1. Rinse the Konnyaku Udon under cold water
2. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and add the Konnyaku Udon
3. Once the water boils again, remove the pot and strain the Konnyaku Udon
4. Prepare your ground meat alternative; heat a pan with a little oil and stir fry until fragrant
5. Shake off the excess water from the Konnayaku Udon and add to the ground meat alternative pan
6. Add a pinch of salt and Naked Naturals Sweet Thai Chili to the pan and mix until well combined
