Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (70% cocoa preferred)
- 1 cup full-fat plain local Greek yogurt
- 1½ tsp culinary matcha powder
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- Optional toppings: crushed pistachios, coconut flakes, or chia seeds
Directions:
- Gently melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
