Matcha Chocolate Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (70% cocoa preferred)
  • 1 cup full-fat plain local Greek yogurt
  • 1½ tsp culinary matcha powder
  • 1½ tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • Optional toppings: crushed pistachios, coconut flakes, or chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Gently melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking tray and spread it into a thin, even layer using a spatula. Place in the freezer for 30–45 minutes until set.
  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Stir until fully blended and smooth.
