12 to 16 Servings | 2 Hours 30 Minutes | Beginner

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Mazola Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups milk
  • 400g package glutinous rice flour
  • ½ cup optional topping or mix-ins, like sesame seeds, nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 × 9 or two 8 x 8 baking dishes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs. Add the sugar and oil, whisking to combine. While stirring continuously, gradually sift in alternating milk and rice flour, whisking until incorporated (a few clumps are okay). Add in any mix-ins last.
  3. Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, until edges have browned and top has set, and a toothpick inserted into the centre of pan comes out mostly clean.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for at least one hour before slicing and serving.
