Pumba the cat is looking for a new home in the Vancouver area

Pumba is a brave little explorer with a big heart and energy! This adorable kitten was found alone in a Fort St. John shed. Luckily for him, at 3 weeks old, a loving foster family took him in. They bottle-fed him and helped him grow into the healthy, playful boy he is today.

Pumba is full of life and curiosity. When he’s not on the move, he’s napping beside you or his BFF. With his bold spirit, Pumba would be a great match for leash and harness training. The perfected adventure cat!

Because Pumba didn’t grow up with his mom or siblings, he’s still learning to play gently. He’ll need a little guidance to understand that hands aren’t toys. But don’t worry- he’s super smart and loves to play with wand toys, kickeroo toys, and big, soft toys. He loves a good scratch post too 🙂

In his foster home, Pumba has become best buddies with the family dog. They wrestle, chase, and nap together. He’d do great in a home with another playful cat or dog to keep him company and help him burn off all that kitten energy. Sorry, no young kids for him right now as he learns how to play appropriately.

If you’re looking for a fun, sweet, fearless, and affectionate companion, Pumba might just be your perfect match. Come meet him-you’ll fall in love!
