What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?

The best part of my job is seeing the growth and development of my students as they learn new skills, gain confidence, and work together as a team is incredibly rewarding. My job allows me to sing and dance with kids all day, I truly have the BEST job ever!

The worst part is the challenges that come with running a business, such as administrative work and marketing and advertising to share with more families. However, this if anything reminds me how important my job is. I am determined to grow my business to spread JOY and provide a space where everyone is included and accepted.
