Evergy Studio utilizes the patented Evergy Method to blend neuroscience-based subconscious belief work with energy healing and embodied change. Four years ago, Evergy Founder Sarah Vetter began a healing journey that took her away from her previous job; now, she offers her transformative techniques in her very own studio. We spoke with Vetter to learn more.

What is your business called and what does it do?
Evergy Studio helps people transform the deep emotional patterns and subconscious beliefs that influence their daily lives. About 95 percent of our actions come from the subconscious. By blending neuroscience and energy-based techniques, I help clients shift the original emotional experiences and beliefs that still drive patterns of anxiety, self-sabotage, insecurity, or low self-worth. This allows them to break free from recurring challenges and experience real shifts in their behaviours and emotional responses.
What made you want to do this work?
I came to this work through my own search for answers. I struggled for years with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and recurring patterns. I tried everything, from traditional therapy to approaches all over the world, but nothing gave me lasting change. When I integrated neuroscience, belief work, CBT, and energy techniques into one process, I experienced profound shifts. That became the foundation of Evergy Studio.
What problem did you want to solve with the business?
I wanted to create a more efficient path to change. Even people who are aware of their patterns often find it takes years to shift them. Evergy helps people address and transform the subconscious beliefs behind those patterns, so they can experience real, lasting shifts in their behaviours and emotional responses.
Who are your clientele/demographics?
My clients are typically adults between 25 and 50 who are invested in personal growth. Many are professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and highly sensitive individuals looking to break out of recurring emotional, behavioural, or relationship patterns.
How does your business make money? How does it work?
Evergy Studio generates revenue through Evergy Signature Sessions, custom multi-session programs, workshops, and group experiences. Sessions are available both in person and online.
What is the best question a prospective customer could ask a member of your profession when comparing services? Give the answer as well.
The best question would be: When will I start experiencing tangible change?
The answer would be: After the first session. Many approaches focus on helping people understand their patterns. My work focuses on helping people change them. The measure of success isn’t what my clients learn during a session; it’s what no longer controls them afterward. Clients leave the session experiencing a measurable shift in how they think, feel, and respond to the challenge they came in with, while continuing to integrate those changes into daily life afterward.
Where in the city can we find your profession?
Evergy Studio provides in-person sessions at Love & Peace Studio in Kitsilano, located at 3586 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC. Sessions are also available online and taken in the comfort of your home.

What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?
The best part is witnessing transformation in real time. There is a specific moment in session when a client’s inner child no longer carries the emotional weight and restriction of a subconscious belief, and that shift integrates into who they are today. It is a profound feeling of freedom, love, and relief shared between their inner child and their present self that has brought both the client and myself to tears. What is equally powerful is seeing that change continue beyond the session. Within days, I receive messages from clients sharing how they responded differently in a situation that would have previously triggered them, felt more confident, or experienced positive shifts in their relationships. They share stories of partners, friends, family members, and colleagues noticing and commenting on the change as well. Watching that impact ripple through their lives and the lives of those around them reminds me why I do this work.
The hardest part is that this work can take us back to some really painful places. Watching someone revisit a memory they have carried for years is never easy. Interestingly, those are also the moments when the Reiki energy comes through the strongest and provides an extra layer of support for both of us as we move through it together.
What is your favourite joke about your profession?
One of my favourites is that people assume what I do is “woo-woo,” when in reality every part of the process is backed by science. The way memories are stored, how beliefs are formed, neuroplasticity, brainwave states, and even the energetic principles involved all have scientific foundations. People are often surprised by how much science sits behind the session.
