Vancouver’s about to get hopping with these fun and foodie Easter events. Whether you’ve got little ones excited to see real Easter bunnies or you’re craving some seasonal chocolate treats for yourself, from downtown Vancouver to the farmlands of Chilliwack, these are the top Easter events for every-bunny.
Thierry Chocolates
No Easter celebration is complete without chocolate, and Thierry Chocolates has created some bright and beautiful handcrafted masterpieces for their 2025 collection. Inspired by spring flowers, the collection blends Canadian ingredients with precise European techniques. It features large stunning, hand-painted eggs, and ganache-filled mini eggs, as well as praline-filled bunnies and hens — all in a technicolour palette.
P2B Bistro & Bar Easter Brunch
For an Easter feast for the whole family, P2B Bistro & Bar in Coal Harbour is celebrating with a Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 20th. Indulge in a delicious spread featuring classic brunch items like eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes, as well as carved maple ham. Also included is a selection of juices, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, and yoghurt parfaits. For savoury options, there’s Caprese salad, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes including mushroom ravioli. And, of course, no Easter celebration is complete without an assortment of sweets and chocolate eggs.
BAE Days at Maan Farms
Back for its fourth year, Maan Farms in Abbotsford is celebrating Easter with BAE Days, or, Baby Animal Days. Don’t miss this if you want to cuddle actual Easter bunnies, as well as other adorable baby animals like chicks, ducklings, lambs, calves, goats, and piglets. Guests can also hunt for the Golden Egg and meet the Easter Bunny or explore Barnyard Adventureland, which includes a tractor pull, climbing wall, zipline, pedal trikes, jumping pillows, play fort, and more.
Temper Chocolate & Pastry
The team at Temper Chocolate & Pastry has been busy at work on their latest seasonal collection of spring-themed confections. Available as of Tuesday, April 1, Temper’s line-up includes some very egg-citing creations like colourful truffle, peanut butter, or solid chocolate eggs and bunnies, as well as traditional treats like hot cross buns and stollen, and other mouth-watering baked goods like fresh fruit tarts with pastry cream and Gateau Basque or Lemon Tart cheesecakes.
BETA5
Another renowned Vancouver chocolate shop has a limited edition collection ready for Easter. The Polygon Easter Eggs at BETA5 are edible works of art with each featuring a remarkable one-of-a-kind hand-painted springtime design. If you can bear to crack the beautiful shell, each egg contains house-made treats including peanut butter mini eggs, salted butter caramels, and vanilla bean marshmallows. For something smaller, BETA5 also sells rainbow Caramel S’more Bunny Eggs, as well as white, milk, and dark chocolate bunnies.
Greendale Acres
Greendale Acres in Chilliwack is celebrating Easter with two weekends of family-friendly activities, springtime fun, and festive treats. All-new this year is their Easter Bunny Adventure Course with fun, interactive challenges for kids from ages 5 to 12. Not only can kids hunt for Easter eggs, but they can also meet the Easter bunny and baby animals, as well as get their faces painted. For older kids and adults, there’s a scenic train ride through the blooming tulip fields, plus seasonal food and drink features.
Easterfest at Taves Family Farm
Hit the Bunny Trail at Taves Family Farms’ Easterfest celebration. From April 18 to April 20, enjoy an Easter adventure including selfie photo ops with the Easter Bunny, and a magical flower carriage, and hayride out to the Bunny Trail where guests can hunt for eggs in the blossoming apple orchard. Four-legged friends can even join in on the fun with an Easter egg hunt just for dogs. Taves will also have snuggle spots with baby animals from the farm, and food and drinks are included with admission.
Mon Paris Pâtisserie
Available for pre-order and in-store pick-up as of April 1, the easter collection by Mon Paris Pâtisserie in Burnaby features some truly whimsical confections. There is a sweet little half Easter Egg which comes adorned with an edible flower and filled with assorted chocolates. There are also smaller eggs filled with assorted chocolates as well as the larger showpiece wedge eggs that look almost like edible stained glass, decorated with caramelized nuts and fruits in dark or milk chocolate varieties.
Burdy Food Truck
For a more adult way to get into the Easter spirit, the Burdy food truck at Container Brewing will be serving up their special Mini Egg Beeramisu from April 4 to April 19. This East Vancouver truck is best known for its Chicken Parm sandwiches and they do make the beeramisu, which uses Depravity Nitro Chocolate Porter, year round. But, once a year, they include a limited edition ingredient. The Cadbury’s Mini Eggs add a great crunch and sweetness. Pair it all with a brew from Container and enjoy the spring sunshine.
