What is your business called and what does it do?

Crescent Living Co. offers professional home organization and packing/unpacking services. We help clients declutter, streamline, and optimize their living spaces for improved functionality and peace of mind.

What made you want to do this work?

I’ve always had a passion for creating organized and harmonious spaces – because it feels so darn good once its done! Seeing the positive impact that organization can have on people’s lives inspired me to turn my passion into a business.

What problem did you want to solve with the business?

I wanted to help people overcome the stress and overwhelm that often come with cluttered and disorganized spaces. By providing personalized organizing solutions, we aim to simplify our clients’ lives and promote a sense of calm and balance in their homes.

Who are your clientele/demographics?

Our clientele consists of busy individuals and families who value a well-organized home but lack the time or expertise to achieve it on their own. We serve clients across a wide range of demographics, from young professionals to empty nesters.

How does your business make money? How does it work?

We offer various organizing packages and services, ranging from single-room decluttering sessions to full-home organization projects. Clients can book our services online or by contacting us directly. We also sell organizing products and offer virtual organizing consultations.

Where in the city can we find your profession?

Our services are available throughout the Lower Mainland of Vancouver. We travel to clients’ homes from the North Shore to the Fraser Valley and everywhere in between to transform spaces into organized and functional environments.

What is the best question a prospective customer could ask a member of your profession when comparing services?

“How do you approach organizing projects to ensure they meet my specific needs and preferences?”
Our answer: At Crescent Living Co, we take a personalized approach to every project. We begin with a thorough consultation to understand our clients’ goals and tailor our services accordingly.

What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?

The best part is seeing the transformation in our clients’ lives when they experience the joy and relief of living in an organized space. The worst part is saying goodbye to a project once it’s completed—I become attached to each space we work on!

What is your favorite joke about your own profession?

That our team is “nudgee not judgy” – this relates to us helping clients help themselves when it comes to keeping, donating or ditching an item in their home. We are always going to nudge someone in the right direction to meet their goals for the space, but we will never judge – EVER!

Where can we follow you?

You can follow us on Instagram @crescentlivingco for behind-the-scenes glimpses, organizing tips, and updates on our latest projects.

PAY IT FORWARD: What is another local business that you love?

I highly recommend checking out C Market Coffee for delicious coffee (which we live on at CLCO), homemade treats and impeccable customer service. They’re a local gem that always brings a smile to my face!
