Dino came to the BC SPCA when his elderly guardian was no longer able to properly look after him.
Dino is a gentle soul that will shine brightest with someone who will be gentle and calm with him. He tends to be on the nervous side and would do really well in a home with a friendly resident dog. He is already partially crate and house-trained so there should not be too much work needed to make that work in his new home. Intelligence shines behind those soulful eyes so he would do best in a home that has the time to train and keep him active.
He should not go into a home with young children as border collies are notorious for their herding skills and will put them to use! We are looking for people who have border collie, or other working dog breed, experience at this time.
