At just 12 weeks old, poor little Piper already has some special needs. She came from a situation where she didn’t receive any human contact, and is quite fearful. Kittens like Piper tend to require a patient, loving home that is dedicated to her progress. Her foster home has already seen her come a long way and she can be held and touched. In order to move this little one onto the next stage of her program, she will need to find a furever home that is sensitive to her needs.
