Citrus the cat is looking for a new lovely home in the Vancouver area

Meet Citrus! This senior beauty is looking for a lovely home to retire in. Citrus is a social butterfly, always watching the staff and volunteers as they go about their day-to-day business, meowing quietly at her door (just so you don’t forget about her). Citrus came into care as a stray, so we are unsure how she is around dogs or other cats. While in care, Citrus has proved that she appreciates calm, cat saavy kids, but can be a little overwhelmed by those who are more rambunctious. Citrus has been diagnosed with a few ailments while in care, including lymphoid hyperplasia and arthritis which will require ongoing pain meds to keep her comfortable. Citrus cannot jump, and finds being held painful, so a single story home or apartment would be ideal. Basically, she would love a nice, quiet home where she could relax and watch Netflix with you! If you’re interested in our pretty girl, she’s waiting for her furever home!
