Peter the cat is looking for a furrever home in the Vancouver area

Meet Peter! Peter originally came from the Quesnel SPCA as a stray after he was found trapped in a remote area.

He’s a lovely, affectionate boy who loves attention and loves to receive plenty of pets. Peter is a sweet and sensitive soul who’s looking for a quiet, adult oriented home where he can relax and soak up some love. Sometimes he can get over-stimulated and will love-bite so Peter should not go to a home with children and preferably with someone who has had cats before and understands their behaviour.

We suspect he may have had some negative experiences with cats he met while out on his own as he came in a little beat up and is stressed/scared of even the sound of other cats. Therefore, he should definitely be the only cat in the home and moreover, the only animal in the home. Please keep this sweet boy safely indoors. If you think you can give precious Peter the calm and loving home that he’s looking for, then fill out an application for him on the BC SPCA website today!

About this column:

Each week we feature animals available for adoption from local shelters in the Vancouver area with the hopes that our readers will assist in finding good homes for them.
