Cabbage the cat is looking for a new lovely home in the Vancouver area

Say hello to Miss Cabbage! This fabulous feline was surrendered into our care, and has built some great friendships with staff and volunteers. Upon arriving here, we noticed poor Cabbage had some hair thinning and seemed to be itchy throughout her body. After a trip to the vet, we’ve determined she has some food and skin sensitivities, but with a special diet she’s already feeling much better. Cabbage is a big fan of showing her affection by rubbing against your legs and head booping for all the snuggles she can get. She’s currently on a medication to help relieve any itching, and adopters are encouraged to work alongside their vet in the future if Cabbage shows any discomfort later on in life. She’s looking for a home where she can be the queen of the castle and the guard cat of the window!

In order to protect the health of our staff, volunteers and members of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made changes to our adoption process.
