Meet Chongo! He came into the care of the Vancouver SPCA after his owner, unfortunately, passed away. Chongo is a very unique cat as we feel that he is not just an ordinary tabby cat, but that he likely has a little bit of an exotic breed mixed in! This special man is as friendly as he is handsome. He loves to be around people wanting lots of pets and he gives the sweetest head butts in return! He also likes to play with wand toys and curl up in his favourite hidey house.
