Bonnie the cat is looking for a new home in the Vancouver area

Meet Sweet Bonnie! Bonnie came into BC SPCA’s care after living in a very stressful home. She was not treated well by the people she lived with and had a hard time trusting us, so she was sent to a foster home, where it was quiet and she could adjust to the good life. During her time in foster she was really slow to come around to trusting people. But with a lot of time, care and LOVE, she is starting to see the sweet side of life and showing her foster mom that all of her hard work paid off.

Bonnie is still nervous of people and doesn’t seek touch, but she will seek her foster mom out for play and treats. She likes to be in the same room, hanging out and is starting to look for and accept pets.

Bonnie will need to go into a quiet home with one or two adults only. She will need someone open to giving her time and space to trust, but once she does, she will be the most beautiful, quiet companion you could ask for. Bonnie does not want to share her home with any other animals.

If you think you would be the perfect home for this amazing girl and want to be a part of her transformation to becoming a happy, confident cat, please send an application online, and BC SPCA will reach out to approved applicants.
