Homegrown Business: Jeff Ojeda of Phase Entertainment Group

Jeff Ojeda is transforming the music industry with Phase Entertainment Group, a Vancouver-based company offering tailored artist development services, including career management, agency, sync licensing, and label support. Unlike traditional management, Ojeda leverages over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience and a deep understanding of digital marketing to serve clients like Americana/Alt-Country musician Kyle McKearney and producer/engineer Spencer Bleasdale. Operating on a commission-based model, Phase Entertainment emphasizes mutual success. Ojeda is particularly enthusiastic about McKearney’s upcoming 2025 album ‘To The River’. Amidst the challenges of undervaluing copyrights, Ojeda remains committed to equipping artists with the tools for success.
