“A Day in the Life” with Multidisciplinary Artist Katy Biele

Katy Biele is a multi-disciplinary Artist born and raised in Chile, now living in Victoria, BC. Katy’s artistic journey started at a young age and has evolved into a profound journey of discovery, for both herself and those who are drawn to her art- offering a glimpse into the interconnectedness of the human experience with nature.

Katy is also Alma’s mom, her 2-year little daughter. When she was born in 2021 she took a brief break from her art career (although she never really stopped creating). She has since, put more focus on creating larger pieces for commissions, exhibitions and projects.

She loves to travel and she comes back to Chile all the time to visit her family and travel around. In her free time, she likes to spend time in the forest and the beach and her favourite weekend gateway will be staying in a cosy cabin in the woods.
