I’m a night owl when it comes to creating art. There’s something special about the quiet of the night that fuels my passion for painting. It’s my time to dive in and let my creativity flow.

Showcasing my works outside of Vancouver Art Gallery. There’s a unique joy in connecting face-to-face with customers, exchanging thoughts, and delving into the shared appreciation of art and nature.

Fall is my favourite season. I enjoy taking pictures with my latest painting amidst the vibrant fall leaves.
My public art display at the Lansdowne Skytrain Station in Richmond. Besides wildlife paintings, I also love working on public art. I love how it is available to a wide and diverse audience, transcending the boundaries of traditional art spaces like galleries or museums.

I’ve made a friend when I visited Nara, Japan. We had a good chat!

I love enjoying the peacefulness in paddleboarding, relishing the gentle sway of the water beneath me and the rhythmic strokes of the paddle, all while immersing myself in the soothing embrace of nature’s beauty that surrounds me.

Which ‘hood are you in?

I’ve grown up in Richmond, and I have been living there for more than 20 years. My art studio is located in Richmond as well.

What do you do?

I am a work-at-home mom and spend my days bouncing between momming, working on my art projects and trying to keep the house looking at least decent. It’s actually a total mess but I’m doing the best I can. It’s crazy, but I love it!

What are you currently working on?

I’ve worked on many paintings featuring mom and baby animals in the past year. In 2024, I aim to shift my focus to birds! It’s not just about their beauty; I also admire the freedom they enjoy in the open sky. Additionally, I aspire to work on a children’s book in the future!

Where can we find your work?

Find my paintings on Triplestudio.ca, Instagram, Facebook and Amazon Handmade, and I am always open to collaborations.
