Favourite musician growing up:

The easy answer for me is eric church, he was my first big concert I saw and made me fall in love with music and what a live show can look like!

Favourite musician now:

I like a lot of variety of artists at the moment, but for the same reasons I like Eric church, I personally love Luke Combs. His songwriting and singing abilities are a big inspiration and influence on my own personal music and development as an artist and performer.

Guilty pleasure song:

Galway Girl by Ed Sheeran

Live show ritual:

It’s a bit weird, but I always take a shot of Buckley’s before all of my shows. It seems to sooth my throat.

Favourite local musician:

I’ve been fortunate to play with and see a bunch of unbelievably talented musicians and artists in the Okanagan and Lower Mainland area. And I would honestly be very hard pressed to pick a single favourite.

EP or LP?

LP! I like a more full body of work! I think an LP gives the artist more opportunity for storytelling!

Early bird or night owl?

Early bird for sure, years of working shift work and waking up at 4 or 5 am on the regular has trained my brain to wake up early!

Road or studio?

Road!

Any shows or albums coming up?

My new single, Whiskey Promises, just released on May 1st! It is streaming everywhere you listen to music. I was also fortunate to be named JRFM artist of the month, so you might hear it on the radio as well.
