Gentleman is exactly what his name suggests, a kind-hearted, gentle boy with a sweet and lovable personality. At 4 years old, this handsome German Shepherd loves to play with his toys and is always happiest at your side soaking up all the love and pets you have to give.
Though he can be a little shy at first, Gentleman warms up quickly, especially if you come bearing treats. Once he knows you, he is very affectionate and will let you know that he wants your attention by leaning on your legs and head bumping your hands for pets. He may be a bit vocal when encountering new people or situations, but with a little patience and reassurance, he settles in beautifully.
Gentleman came into our care with significant hair loss and skin irritation due to severe allergies. He’s currently receiving treatment and already showing great improvement, but his new family must be committed to continuing his allergy care, including special diet, medications and any necessary vet visits. With consistent care, he’s well on his way to looking and feeling his best.
This sweet boy is looking for a calm, loving home where he can continue to heal, grow in confidence, and enjoy the happy, healthy life he deserves.
