Rouge is a gentle soul that has really come into his personality in foster care. He doesn’t love being held, but will happily come over and lay on your lap or do figure eights around your legs when he’s comfortable. He’s the sweetest little kitten. He tends to sing a sad meow song when he’s in a room without his brothers, and therefore would be happiest adopted with one of his brothers ‘Nismo’ or ‘Pulsar’ or another feline companion.
