Rah Rah Creative Co

What is your business called and what does it do?

Our business is called Rah Rah Creative Co. We are a marketing agency, specializing in social media content creation & coaching.

What made you want to do this work?

Both my sister, the other co-founder, and I have always been passionate about marketing! Both of us were working for agencies in 2021 and weren’t super happy with the clients we had to work with or how the businesses were running, so we decided to work for ourselves instead!

What problem did you want to solve with the business?

The problem that we solve at Rah Rah Creative Co. is giving business owners back their time. So many businesses are desperate to have better social media content, but they don’t have the skills or time to do it. We create and post their content for them so they can focus on other aspects of their business instead.

Who are your clientele/demographics?

We work with a wide variety of clients, including those in the health and wellness industry, food and beverage, real estate, and more.

How does your business make money? How does it work?

Our business makes money when our clients pay us to create content for them on a monthly basis. We also make money selling our DIY social media content packages through our shop and through our one-on-one/group coaching services.

Where in the city can we find your profession?

You can find our company located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. However, we work with clients from all over Canada.

What is the best question a prospective customer could ask a member of your profession when comparing services? Give the answer as well.

The best question a prospective customer could ask a member of our profession is: why do you do what you do? Our answer is that we love our work, our freedom, our clients, and the ability to choose who we work with. We would still do this work even if we won the lottery!

What is the best part about what you do? What is the worst part?

The best part about what we do is the feeling we get when our clients acquire new business from the content that we create. The other thing that we love is getting to work with genuinely great people! Setting our own schedules and working from home is a pretty great perk, too. The worst part of what we do is the general logistics of running a company: the accounting, the scheduling, and the fact that we are responsible for generating our own income/revenue.

What is your favourite joke about your own profession?

Our favourite joke: “How do you drown a social media manager? TIE THEM IN A SACK AND THROW THEM IN THE RIVER.” (it’s funny cause everyone hates us LOL).

Where can we follow you?

PAY IT FORWARD: What is another local business that you love?

There are two local businesses that we Want to shout out. One is Stop & Fill Mobile Refillery, a BC company that is passionate about zero-waste and sustainable products and practices. The other is Dr. Rory Gibbons, a Langley-based naturopathic doctor who specializes in men’s health and offers virtual appointments.
