Ginja the cat is looking for a new home in the Vancouver area

Meet Ginja! This confident guy came to us all the way from the Sunshine Coast in hopes of finding his new furrever family. Ginja wasn’t settling into the shelter environment so we placed him with a foster family. According to his foster, he is very active and will require lots of playtime to appropriately expel his extra energy. Ginja also displays a keen interest in slipping out the door if given an opportunity, so it will be very important to be mindful when opening doors and windows. We have just been informed by the foster that Ginja is a very intelligent kitty cat. He is quickly learning the English language and is becoming very good at carrying on a conversation about your day. He might even be able to convince you that he understands what you are talking about – especially when it comes to food.

It will be in Ginja’s best interest to have lots of space and stimulation. While he is charming and friendly with people, he prefers to be in a home without any other animals. Ginja might be tolerant of older kids and teenagers who are respectful of animal’s boundaries.
