Meet Skittles! Skittles is a sweet, playful girl with a sensitive soul looking for a calm family to join. Skittles is a little skittish when she meets new people, and we are still working on breaking through her thin candy coating to get to her soft, sugary centre. After spending the majority of her puppyhood without a home, Skittles is a little wary of the hustle and bustle of the city so far. Give her some time and treats, however, and she will sit herself right on your lap and give some very gentle kisses. Due to how nervous Skittles is, we think she would do best in a home without young children, preferably in a quiet neighbourhood where she can explore the world at her own pace. Walking on leash is a little spooky, but Skittles seems to gain a lot of confidence with another dog around, so we think she would blossom with a confident canine companion to show her the ropes.
